Up Viamonte impressed me with its fantastic location near Teatro Colon and several other attractions. The staff, especially Ruben, greeted me with warmth and had a great personality. My room was clean and included a useful kitchenette, perfect for light snacks. I enjoyed having a balcony for some fresh air, and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Breakfast options were basic but sufficient to fuel my mornings. However, the elevator felt cramped, and the corridors were narrow, making it a bit awkward to navigate when busy. The room itself, while clean, showed signs of age, with some furniture needing touch-ups. I could hear noise from the next room, which disrupted my sleep at times. Overall, the hospitality of the staff truly elevated my stay, and I appreciated the attentive service they provided, especially during check-in and other requests.

The hotel was in a central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
I faced delays at check-in with my taxi arrangement, as the staff misunderstood the instructions. The cleanliness was subpar, with missing towels and soap that I had to request multiple times. Furthermore, the outdated room showed neglect and did not meet my expectations for comfort.

The location was incredibly convenient, close to the Microcentro where I explored shops, Casa Rosada, and various museums. I also enjoyed being near the Green Line metro, which facilitated easy access to both key areas and the charming Palermo district. The room I stayed in was amazing, clean, and the daily service exceeded my expectations.
The bathroom looked quite dated and had a bit of grime.

The room was spacious and super clean, which was great. It even had a small kitchenette, making it easy to grab snacks. I loved the balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. The shower had good pressure and hot water every time. However, the bathroom was a bit dated and looked like it could use some sprucing up.
